We are a leading industry in machining and supply of machined and fabricated components. Our machine shop carries the machinery and the skilled manpower to take a customer's requirement from raw material to finished, inspected part. We have served more than 5,000 clients across India with precision-machined components and processed over 55,000 components.
Tool and die manufacturing was added in 2000 with our own R&D and design team, and every process is done within our industry, which keeps production speed high.

Before and after every process
All instruments used for inspection are calibrated. High-accuracy components are checked on CMM.
Before process
- Raw material inspected for cracks, machining stock and any other defects before processing
- For high-value processes, material tested for defects by NDT methods and checked for structural and compositional data
After process
- Component completely deburred before inspection
- All dimensions checked and documented
- Rust prevention carried out before despatch
- Highly accurate components checked using CMM
- Identification marking done before despatch
